This tinted formula is water-resistant and long-lasting for 10-hour wear. It comes with a multi-bristle precision brush that evenly coats, shades, and grooms every hair - even baby hairs. How To Use
- Use the Micro-Fine Precision Brush to brush the hair in an upward motion
