We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return or exchange.
Initiate a return request
The purchases can be returned within 7 days of delivered item. We believe in Easy and Free Returns, you can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs. However, this does not apply to promotional or flash sale product.
- Item less than AED 100 value are not eligible for returns.
- Items are not eligible for returns, if used, opened or seal is broken.
- Electronic items are not returnable because of hygiene issues unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Make sure the original packaging, labels and other relevant tags of the purchased item are kept in custody to avail returns / refund, especially under electronic items.
Not possible to initiate a 'Return'
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
- Return requests are initiated outside the specified period, of 7 days from delivery.
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc.
- Defective products, which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- Flitit is not responsible for booting issues.
- Any consumable item, which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Fragile items, hygiene related items.
Return of products under Sales Deals
We do apologize we can't take returns under Flash Sale / Clearness Sale / Low price clearance or other sales deals. If the product which you have receive has any defect please inform the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. No refund or replacement will be done against these final sales products.
Claim the repair under “No Warranty”
Flitit.com cannot provide the warranty of those product which have been bought under no warranty, however you can claim the defect within the 7 days of delivery (if any). Refund or replacement will not be offered.
Cancel order before receiving
If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 7 days to return them.
- The item is not on the Non-Returnable list.
- You cannot return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
- Only the items with 'Retail Packaging' never opened (Sealed / Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.
Products are not subject to the return policy
- Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
- When the offer note states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.
Items that fall into the below product types
- Items such as fragrances or skincare products cannot be returned.
- Items such as lingerie wear, swimsuits and other cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene issues. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following item and/or categories
- Games & Software Products
- Clearance & Warehouse Deals
- Items on Promotion
- Flash Sale Products
- If you receive a faulty product, we request you to Contact Us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll exchange it for you.
- In the case of a defected item, please make sure that the original packaging is preserved such as labels, accessories, manuals and /or tags; in case of mobile phones.
- If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Process after the return request is accepted
- Once we receive the returned product from you, we will do the needful after the quality check.
- Any shipping or delivery charges that may have been incurred by the courier company cannot be refunded and flitit is not liable for any such refunds.
Refund Payment Method
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Although, you have 7 calendar days to return your order, but there may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 7 days, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page to file a complaint.
Complaints are handled on individual basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will honor the outlined duration.
If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.
Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers.
Claim refund against the product received
If product is repairable, we will repair the product, if no replacement will be given Or if replacement is not available Store credit will be offered.
Payment Refund Period
Refunds will happen as per the below mentioned timelines. Please note that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
- Flitit Store Credit Within 2 - 3 working days from the refund initiation date
- Debit Card / Credit Card / Online Internet banking Within 7 - 14 working days from the refund initiation date.
Refund for cancelled orders
- If you cancelled an order before we ship, we initiate your refund within 2 to 5 business days after you submit your cancel request.
- If the item is already shipped and delivered, we will process the refund only after the item is received at our location and after completing necessary checks.
Product received is physically damaged / wrong product delivered / Not As Described / Not Satisfied with the quality
If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup for the product, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund / replacement of the product as per your request.
Your order may have been cancelled because of any of the following reasons:
- Non-availability of the product(s)
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
- Problems identified by our fraud detection department
- We may put additional checks and verification or seek more information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or a part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Items not eligible for Returns / Replacements
We're sorry to inform that certain items are non-returnable. You are requested to see the item description / item terms & conditions to know more details.
Please note that the purchased products from the Clearance sale and Flash sale are close-out or non-returnable items. (Cannot be returned / exchanged).
Courier & Other Charges on returns
- If we arrange the pick-up of your product, you don't need to pay anything. It’s FREE!
- There will be a re-stocking fee of 20%.
- If we find that the returned product is absolutely fine, we might charge for the shipping of the same product for pick-up and re-shipping the item.
Orders on installment plans
- If the order is canceled by customer, then the penalty will be charged equal to the amount of penalty charged by merchant, such as Tabby, Cashew or any other bank that offers installment plan.
