Shipping policy

Standard Order Dispatch

  • Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Friday, Saturday, or on Public Holidays, except by prior arrangement.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier's website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails, if you have not received them after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
  • Parcels can only be delivered to residential, and business addresses in UAE.
  • Orders are shipped Sunday to Thursday every week of the year.
  • We utilize a variety of carriers and various Couriers depending on your location.
  • Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page.

Incorrect Addresses

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non-collection.

RTS Orders

If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, decline to accept, or non-collection, the return fee of AED 15 and the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your store credit.

Non-Collected Items

If your order is taken to the Courier Company Office for collection, please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. Reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non-pick-up.

Please note that flitit.com will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.

Bulky Items

Large items or large orders being sent to remote & regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. All shipping is calculated at checkout, however, if you have an inquiry about shipping please contact us.
