Warranty

All new electronic items purchased from Flitit come with one-year manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise specified. Our warranty does not cover the following.

  • Toys of any kind does not cover under warranty.
  • Any loss of information or data stored on any kind of Gaming Console, laptops, mobiles, tablets, HDDs or any other storage devices.
  • Problems due to misuse, liquid contamination or tampering by an unauthorized person or service center.
  • Damaged parts of the product due to the third-party negligence or misuse.
  • Personal irresponsible use resulting from spyware and software viruses.
  • Natural disasters such as fire, flood and even improper electric current.
  • Unauthorized modifications to the unit.
  • Accessories – Gaming Controllers, keyboard, mouse, cables, batteries and consumables are not covered under warranty.
  • Vacuum cleaner hose pipes, blender jars and blades are not covered under warranty.
  • Any phased out products by manufacturer will not be covered under any warranty. 

Flitit provides two types of warranties

Manufacturer warranty

  • The manufacturer limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase and is valid.
  • To apply for this warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer for problem determination and service procedures.
  • Warranty service can only be performed by the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
  • The original dated bill of sale/invoice receipt must be presented upon request as proof of purchase to the manufacturer.
  • Flitit is not responsible for re-issuing new bill since the original copy has already been issued.

Flitit Warranty

  • Most products have a One year warranty from the delivery date, which includes technical support for hardware related issues.
  • Flitit will replace and repair the under warranty products for free of charge.
  • Flitit will not be able to fix, repair or exchange the item, if it is under the below conditions:
    • Damaged parts of the product due to the third-party negligence or misuse.
    • Personal irresponsible use resulting from spyware and software viruses.
    • Natural disasters such as fire, flood and even improper electric current.

Service Policy

  • Items submitted for repair may take a maximum of 10 to 15 working days, subject to availability of spare parts from the manufacturer.
  • Any warranty claim must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Flitit will not be responsible for any repaired items that are not collected within 90 days.

Other Products Warranty

All our products are handpicked and go through a quality checkpoint before packing and shipping. We ensure high quality upon delivery. However, in some cases if the products are damaged or wrong products on delivery;

  • You can get the item replaced without any additional delivery charges.
  • You can get the refund of the damaged products;
  • If you paid by credit card the amount will be credited to the same within 5 working days after verifying the product availability.
  • We will inform you about the unavailable product prior to order dispatching and refund will be made.
  • If you chose “pay on delivery” option, the price of damaged/wrong product will be deducted from the final bill.

Note: If there is any problem with any product delivered to you then it should be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery by calling our customer support or email us on info@flitit.com. Complains made after 48 hours of delivery, may not be entertained.
