With a powder matte finish, this liquid eye shadow is delivered via a soft doe foot applicator — but the beauty of this product is that it can be used in so many ways. Apply with your fingers to pack on the pigment, or use a soft fluffy brush for a buffed outwash of color. You can even use the Eye Paint as a liner to create dramatic or sculptural looks that will last all day.
