Description
Kiehl's Cucumber Herbal Alcohol-Free Toner is a mild, refining toner for dry skin and sensitive skin. Infused with Cucumber Extract, it gently balances skin pH levels leaving it feeling lightly hydrated and detoxified.
Ingredients
- Cucumber Extract is obtained through a unique cryoextraction process. Within our formulas, it helps to soothe and calm sensitive skin.
- Allantoin is a compound found in the root of the comfrey plant, a hairy perennial Eurasian herb long used in herbal medicine. Within our formulas, Allantoin is known to soothe and comfort skin.
