The Red Milk Frother is an ultra-simple and fast automatic system for preparation of a light and creamy hot or cold milk froth. Pour in the milk, press the button. In a few seconds, without noise or vibration, the Milk Frother prepares a divine milk froth ideal for innumerable coffee recipes, according to the season. It also heats milk for your Caffè Latte.
Maximum capacity if preparing milk froth: 120 ml (4 oz), maximum capacity if preparing hot milk: 240 ml (8 oz) (diameter: 9 cm, height: 17 cm).
Whole milk (full cream milk) creates a thicker, creamier foam when frothed, giving more body to your coffee drink. Low-fat milk and skim milk are much lighter and create larger quantities of foam with larger air bubbles for a more delicate latte or cappuccino. As for non-dairy alternatives, soy milk, almond milk or oat milk can also be used in a frother but the results are often quite thin.
