Description

Use
Before every use, wash mould in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Grease the mould before initial use.Fill the batter as per recipe (up to 3/4 of the mould leaving space for the cake to rise in the mould), bake as per required temperature/time.
In a traditional oven place the moulds / sheet in the middle or lower rack.
The Lekue silicone moulds are temperature resistant ranging from -60°C to +220°C.
Suitable for the oven, microwave, fridge and freezer use.

Care
Wash mould in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
The use of knives or sharp objects should be avoided as they will damage the mould.
Do not cut directly on the mould as it will produce cuts.
Avoid using abrasive cleansers as it damage mould.
Dishwasher safe.
