The Filleting Knife is a perfect tool for carving. It is used for filleting fish, meat, and poultry. Due to its long and narrow blade (sometimes flexible), it is easy to cut thin, perfectly even slices. Kitchen knives KITAKAMI are made of high-quality German steel X50CrMoV15. It is strong and durable, hardened up to HRC 57 on the Rockwell scale. These knives are perfect for everyday use. Double-side symmetrical sharpening of the blades simplifies cutting and slicing. A thick heel prevents fingers from slipping and ensures additional support. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. The polypropylene handle is fixed with 3 even rivets properly. Matt's finishing helps handles to stay non-slippery and to prevent hand injury. Hand washes only.
