How to Use:
1. Wash your feet and calves thoroughly and take out the Long Boots Fitting Pack.
2. Cut the tip (knee part) along the dotted line of the pack.
3. Put your feet in the Long Boots fitting Pack and lift them till the top of the calves.
4. Fix the pack to your calf with the provided adhesive stickers.
5. After 15-20 minutes, remove the pack and tap the remaining essence on the skin to absorb. (Do not need to rinse. If you massage your feet when using the pack, it can increase the effect of coolness.)
