The Advanced Soil Plant from Aquael is a substrate specially developed for plant aquariums. It contains natural components that have been selected carefully to create optimal water parameters for plants. Specifically, this means that the carbonate hardness is maintained up to 3 ° dKH and the pH-value in the range of 5,5 to 6,5. The substrate enhances the growth of the plants, as all important nutrients are delivered directly to the roots. It also intensifies the biological filtration in the aquarium. The black substrate has the shape of regular gravel with a grain size of 1 to 4 mm. The substrate contains only natural, organic components and can therefore be used without hesitation for fish and invertebrates.
