Emile Henry's Crème Brulee Ramekin Dishes are a set of two round ceramic dishes designed to best bake and serve a decadent creamy crème brûlée. They can be used for food preparation and serving side dishes. Ceramic diffuses the heat slowly and evenly. This is a handmade ceramic bakeware. Has a highly resistant glaze that does not scratch, is highly resistant to chipping and even allows you to cut inside the dish without harming the surface. Has high resistance to significant differences in temperature, and can go from the freezer to a preheated oven.
