Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. The hand-hammered finishing makes the knife a special and functional craft. This surface eliminates friction and prevents food from sticking to the blade. The ergonomic polypropylene handle is fixed by 3 rivets properly. The handle withstands sliding and provides safe use thanks to matt finishing. All details of the knives are manually adjusted, which guarantees high reliability and hygiene. Knife blades stay flawlessly sharp, treated at the optimal angle.
