Kava Noir Turkish Coffee with Cardamom 250g

This Kava Noir Turkish Coffee contains Arabica beans sourced from Brazil and India, perfectly blended with cardamom. It is the Queen of spices and enhances the flavor and aroma of this blend. Turkish coffee is a very popular Middle Eastern drink owing to its unique taste and method of brewing. It is generally finely ground and brewed in a pot until the grounds settle down and foams rise on top. It first flourished under the Ottoman empire in Turkey and soon reached Britain and France by mid to late 17th century. And this blend proudly reflects the heritage and culture of the region. Further, these beans are roasted to perfection and finely ground in a state-of-the-art facility in Dubai by master technicians to achieve an exquisite taste profile. Each pack contains 250g of freshly roasted and ground coffee, equipped with one-way safety valve to preserve the rich aroma and taste of the coffee.

How to brew this coffee using Traditional Turkish Ibrik (pot):

• Place the sugar (if desired), water, and Turkish coffee in a metal Turkish coffee pot.
• Using a small spoon, stir briefly until just combined and place the pot on the stovetop.
• Slowly bring the coffee mixture to a boil over medium heat. This will take 3-4 minutes, so keep a close watch.
• As the coffee warms, you will see a dark foam building up. Closer to it coming to a boil, using a teaspoon, transfer some of the foam into each of your two Turkish coffee cups. Return the coffeepot to the stovetop.
• As coffee comes to a boil, pour half of the coffee into the cups, over the foam.
• Return the coffeepot to the stovetop and boil the remaining coffee for an additional 15-20 seconds and pour the rest into the coffee cups to the rim.
• Serve with water and Turkish delight.
